Motion of Minutes: Motion for April minutes was made and seconded and approved.
Guest Speaker:  Tom Biggen Consumer Power
President Report:  Jose' Barajas talk about rubbish and trash pick up.  Jose also talked about Rod Davis and his last few days with Scenic.
Vice President:  Ric Russell talked about the grasses that are being mcut and how the city has been out doing there part in helping cutting grasses along with us.
Treasury Report:  Pat McCloy gave her report beginning amount is $222.53 check to Ric for $40.00 neighborhood signs, check to Jose' for ink $20.14, for a balance of $231.39 and a donation of $20.00 for a balance of $251.39.
SCENIC:  Rod Davis had a talk with the group on working together to make the Association a bigger and better group and not to stop being a group with concerns about our neighborhood.  Rob also talked about his last day with SCENIC would be June 28 2012
Sgt. Terry Carpenter:  Talked about the return of OFC. Madaj would be in about 2 weeks.  Sgt. Carpenter also talked about the SVP program and that if Jeff would not be back in 2 weeks that Ofc. Mata and Ofc. Ben would take over with the SVP Program to get it up and running.  Also talked about the problems that have happen at Celebration Hall.
Quest Speaker:  Tom Begins with Consumer Power talked about home Energy Efficiency and home Energy Conservation and would be back later to talk about Programs that Consumer Power has to offer.
